Souped up take on southern classics
The Soup Kitchen has launched a new summer menu which offers a unique twist on traditional Cantonese dishes as well as some offerings inspired by Cantonese cuisine. Iced fried pork with fruit is an updated version of fried pork with pineapple. With the ice cubes, the pork gets crunchy outside and tender inside. Fried pigeon is another highlight, which has a 12-step cooking process and takes around 16 hours to make.
