Sampling summer in City Garden
Singaporean cuisine restaurant chain, City Garden, has developed an updated menu for the summer. Lemon fish is a must-try, which comprises steamed sea bass topped with lemon and chili from Thailand. Black and white pepper crab is a popular Singapore dish in which crabs from Sri Lanka are braised with both types of pepper to create a special spicy flavor.
