Trudeau says that many people's impression about Canada is that it has rich resources, but its biggest resource is talent. He says Canada's investment in innovation and education have very positive influence. Companies in Silicon Valley have recruited many students from the Mathematics Field in the Ontario province.

He welcomes Chinese companies to do more R&D in Canada, where many excellent graduates need companys' capital and market to transfer their ideas into successful companies and products.

Trudeau also says that women could have very important and positive influence over companies. Of his cabinet at present, more than half are women.

"Making sure that you have a range of voices around the cabinet table…in many ways, there is tremendous benefit…" he says to the entrepreneurs. "The quality of decisions made by companies that have over 40 percent women on its corporate board are best…"

He says that they need to do a better job to encourage women to develop their career, not only in the fashion industry, but also think about some more male-dominated areas, such as science and technology and business.

In response, Alibaba Group chairman Jack Ma added that Alibaba's success is also largely due to its women employees, which account for more than 40 percent of the whole company. Moreover, a big number of them have taken senior positions. He says that for Internet companies, women are more considerate and could feel the customers' needs better. They are also more open and entrepreneurial.
