Many companies are finding it difficult to hire foreign talents. In most cases, China enforces a mandatory retirement age of 60 for males, 50 for females. However, many countries have higher retirement age limits. Both Trump and Clinton are nearly 70, but they ran for the highest office.
An extension of the retirement age would help companies legally retain international talents for a longer period of time, especially as employees in their "golden years" often have more years left to offer their expertise to the company and contribute to society.
