Wei Xing, secretary of the Party’s Pu’er Committee, visited Datang (TCM) Pharmaceutical Company on Dec 3, the Pu’er Daily reported.
Wei Xing recognized the achievement of the company while visiting its manufacturing base. He noted that Datang has contributed by increasing farmers’ income, tax revenue and job creation.
He also said the municipal government will launch favorable policies to support the biological pharmaceutical industry and promote the health service industry.
Wei gave suggestions for the development of Datang Pharmaceutical. First, the company should make plans based on its development goals and market positioning. It should focus on standardization, brands and market scale.
Second, the company should focus on financing. It should bring in cooperative partners and seek to be listed to achieve direct financing.
Third, the company should devote more to R&D and accelerate the application of research. Fourth, it should develop new products ensuring that it retains all intellectual property rights.
Finally, the company should cultivate its own corporate culture while enhancing its products’ competitiveness.
Mao Baoxiang, Li Zhongming, Yang Weidong and Hu Liangbo accompanied Wei on his inspection.
