Construction on the left line of the Jinxiuchuan Bridge, a part of the Jinan-Tai'an Expressway, was completed on June 2.
Jinxiuchuan Bridge, located in the southern mountainous area of Jinan, is the expressway's largest bridge and features two separate bridge bodies, with the left one being 1,788 meters long and the right one being 1,548 meters long.
The Jinan-Tai'an Expressway expected to open this year will shorten travel time from Jinan to Tai'an to just half an hour.
After its completion, the expressway will help promote regional cooperative development between the two cities.
The line will pass through many tourism and cultural attractions, including some famous villages, which will provide a significant boost to the local tourism industry and become one of the most scenic expressways in Shandong province.
