Fan Changjiang (1909 -1970) was a Chinese journalist and writer. Two years after he started his career as journalist, Fan went to the Northwest China as a correspondent for Da Kung Pao Newspaper in 1935. At that time, he editorialized a series of news and later anthologized them into The North Western Part of China, which immediately became a best seller.
