TOKYO -- The 26th Tokyo International Film Festival held closing ceremony on Friday evening with Swedish dramedy "We are the best" being awarded the Sakura Grand Prix while Chinese actor Wang Jingchun won the "best actor" by his excellent performance.

The Swedish director Lukas Moodysson told the closing night crowd at the Toho Cinema Roppongi Hills theater that he had no expectations his picture would prevail. "It's not the kind of film that wins prizes," he explained.

Chinese actor Wang was honored the best actor by his performance in Ning Ying's "To Live and Die in Ordos". Wang acts as a bulldog cop in the film which was taken from a true story of a policeman died in the city of Ordos in Inner Mongolia.

Wang thanked the jury members and all working staffs, also the director Ning Ying and his assistant. "I really love my family, my friends and my films. I think this award has given me wings, wings to fly in movie's world and light up the dark,"he said.
