The 10th Party Congress of Inner Mongolia autonomous region will convene in Hohhot on Nov 22, during which regional officials are to conclude the achievements made in the past five years and schedule new proposals of the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020).
Inner Mongolia has made significant progress in boosting comprehensive strength and economy growth in the 12th Five-Year Plan (2011-2015), during which annual GDP increased by 100 billion yuan ($14.6 billion) on average. With the new leadership, Inner Mongolia plans to put earnest efforts in improving its economy, culture, and people’s livelihoods, expecting more sustainable development in the future.
