Zhang Qingwei
Zhang Qingwei was elected governor of Hebei province in Jan, 2012.
An ethnic Han, Zhang was born in Leting County, Tangshan city, Hebei Province in November, 1961, and received his Master’s degree in engineering, and later became an academician of the International Academy of Astronautics.
He joined the Communist Party in December, 1992; started working in August 1982 as a technician and project leader in aircraft design institute in the Ministry of Aeronautics Industry in Xian, Shaanxi province.
1985-1988 Postgraduate of aircraft design major in Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xian, Shaanxi province.
