Laoganma Special Flavor Foodstuffs Company (貴陽(yáng)南明老干媽風(fēng)味食品有限責(zé)任公司), the biggest chili-flavored foods manufacturer in China, is based in Guiyang, Guizhou province. Laoganma established an 8,000-hectare chili planting base in Guiyang that provides job opportunities for 2 million rural households.
In 2020, Laoganma's sales revenue was 5.4 billion yuan ($835.14 billion), a year-on-year increase of?7 percent.
At present, Laoganma has reached a daily output of 2.6 million bottles of more than 20 pepper products, including flavored beans, oil pepper, water bean curd, fermented bean curd, salty pepper, and hotpot seasoning.
The company now has nearly 5,000 staff members, which is currently the largest domestic enterpries for pepper products' production and sales. Now the company's products are sold well all over the country, and the company has set up sales agencies in 65 large and medium-sized cities including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.
Laoganma exports its products to more than 72 countries and regions, including the United States, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
