More than 1,200 different kinds of Muslim food and cultural products of the Hui ethnic group from Linxia Hui autonomous prefecture in Gansu province were put on display at the Yinchuan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Ningxia Hui autonomous region on May 13.

Around 60 enterprises from Gansu attended the exhibition in Ningxia.

Linxia Hui autonomous prefecture is home to 221 Muslim enterprises, producing an annual output of 6.66 billion yuan ($1.02 billion). The products of Linxia's enterprises include processed mutton and beef, dairy, seasoning and Muslim dress.
