Liu Yongfu, male, Han Chinese, was born in April 1957 in Suizhou city, Hubei province. He started work in December 1974 and joined the CPC in January 1977. He graduated from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee with a master's degree in law.Liu became vice-governor of Gansu province at the First Session of the 12th Gansu Provincial People's Congress on Jan 29, 2013.

Xian Hui, female, from the Hui ethnic group, was born in March 1958 in Dingxi, Gansu province. She started to work in March 1975 and joined the CPC in December 1976. She holds a doctorate in management.Xian has been served as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Provincial Committee of Gansu province, vice-governor of Gansu province, principal of Gansu Administrative College and president of the Red Cross Society of Gansu since March 2013.

Hao Yuan, male, Han Chinese, was born in June 1957, Yangcheng county, Shanxi province. He began to work in March 1975 and has no party affiliation. Hao graduated with a doctorate in education. He is a professor and doctoral tutor.He was elected vice-governor of Gansu province at the First Session of the 12th Gansu Provincial People's Congress on Jan 29, 2013.

Ran Wanxiang, male, Han Chinese, was born in September 1963 in Huining county, Gansu province. He joined the CPC in June 1985 and started work in August 1985. He holds a bachelor's degree.Ran was elected vice-governor of Gansu province at the First Session of the 12th Gansu Provincial People's Congress on Jan 29, 2013.

Li Rongcan, male, Han Chinese, was born in September 1966 in Shaoxing city, Zhejiang province. He graduated from Jiangxi Finance and Economics University and majored in accounting. He then got his master's degree in business management at the University of International Business and Economics.Li joined the CPC in March 1987. He was elected vice-governor of Gansu province at the First Session of the 12th Gansu Provincial People's Congress on Jan 29, 2013.

Wang Xiyu, male, Han Chinese, was born in March 1957 in Qin'an county, Gansu province. He joined the CPC in February 1975 and started work in December 1976.Wang graduated from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee with a master's degree in political theory. He was elected vice-governor of Gansu province at the First Session of the 12th Gansu Provincial People's Congress on Jan 29, 2013.

Zhang Guangzhi, male, Han Chinese, was born in August 1961 in Yanggu county, Shandong province. He began work in July 1983 and joined the CPC in May 1985.Zhang studied semiconductors and got his bachelor's degree in science. He was elected vice-governor of Gansu province at the First Session of the 12th Gansu Provincial People's Congress on Jan 29, 2013.
