"He came on the phone and said 'you've had an amazing time as an England player and captain, I want to move forward'. He said there will be casualties on the way and that 'you are one of the casualties'. It surprised me and I'm gutted. "At the end of the day he has a decision to make, when I got off the phone I was angry and disappointed but I want to play again."
