Musa offers a Xinjiang treat
Xinjiang cuisine restaurant Musa has a Xinjiang folk music night on Friday and Saturday, together with a food festival that features nang, or oven-baked bread.
The decor of Musa takes diners to a trip to the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region with elements representing the desert and camels. The restaurant also offers Xinjiang's fruits which are much sweeter thanks to the sunlight there.
The roasted steamed stuffed bun which is crispy on the outside and tender inside is its signature dish. And the flavor of the cumin and pepper adds Xinjiang flavor to the bun.
Also try its roasted lamb and stirred rice with lamb. Both the dishes have an authentic Xinjiang taste as the 1-year-old lambs are raised in Xinjiang.
