Lhasa photo show celebrates Tibet's democratic reform

The opening date of the exhibition is one day after the 60th Serf’s Emancipation Day in Tibet. On March 28, 1959, millions of Tibetans, more than 90 percent of the population, were freed from feudal serfdom. It also marks the democratic reform of the region.
