New cuisine brand launched
The 20-year-old Beijingbased traditional Sichuancuisine restaurant, Yuxiang Renjia, recently unveiled its new brand, Yuxiang Kitchen. The new restaurant is designed like an ink-wash painting of Chongqing's scenery. It aims to use less oil but maintain the flavors of the dishes - from classic spicy boiled fish, seafood and duck blood in chili oil to spicy tofu and shredded pork with garlic sauce.
